Kari joined the Harkness team in 2021. She was born and raised in Durand, IL.  Kari is licensed to sell Property, Casualty and Life insurance in Illinois and Wisconsin. She has many years of customer service experience to better assist you with your individual needs.  She became an insurance agent because she wants to help people navigate tricky policies and provide clients with peace of mind. She believes all policyholders should be aware of their risk exposures. Her goal is to help clients understand what insurance policies make sense for them so that she can provide them with proper coverage.

Bonnie Shoemaker graduated from Belvidere High School and Northern Illinois University.  She has always lived and worked in the Rockford area.  She is a new member of the Harkness/Erie team bringing decades of marketing and office professionalism.  A homeowner herself since 1995 with 3 children, she can totally understand your insurance needs!
